Service hours for WordPress website support can cover a variety of tasks including edits to content, theme or CSS adjustments, plugin changes, editing forms, and more. We can assist with anything related to existing content on your site.

Tasks that are not included are installing and configuring new plugins, custom PHP or code development, adding custom theme code, graphic design services, creating landing pages, adding forms, or creating a new website.

If the request falls outside of our normal task list, we would be happy to prepare an estimate for custom work.

Speaking with your web host about technical issues can get a little confusing. We’ll handle all the support related issues so you don’t have to. Additionally, hosting providers rarely perform plugin or theme updates. Most WordPress websites have a theme and a dozen or more plugins that extend the functionality of the site. It’s just as important to keep these updated to avoid conflicts and security issues. We also include weekly Google Analytics reports and connect your site to Google Webmaster Tools which gives you access to important SEO and visitor behavior data.

WordPress backups happen daily. We monitor incoming support requests daily and on weekends as well. Our team usually responds to those within 4 hours or less. Major support issues may take up to 24 hours to resolve. We’re easy to get ahold of, so just call, chat or send us an email.

In order to do this correctly, we will need some login credentials for BOTH your WordPress website and your FTP site. In case you don’t have the login info handy, or if you don’t understand what we’re asking for, don’t worry, our pros will walk you through it.

Our Monthly WP Care Plan is billed using a recurring monthly subscription. There are no contracts to sign, setup fees, or cancellation fees with our monthly plan. Our customers retain us every month because we’re WordPress pros and they love not having to worry about their website anymore. The Annual plan has all the same features as the monthly plan but cannot be refunded. When you sign up for this you receive 365 days of professional WordPress support.

You are a busy professional. The last thing you need to worry about is whether or not your website is up and running. WordPress websites require monitoring, maintenance, and backup/restore applications in order to run effectively over time. This plan covers all software updates, plugins, themes, security, backups, and restores if necessary.

We can handle this one of two ways. The preferred method is that you sign up for the annual or monthly plan above with a credit card. We can also send you electronic invoices every month or once per year depending on what plan you choose. With those invoices, you can pay online or send us a check.
